Cancellation and Refund Policy for the Packages

If the creative work is yet to get published:
Cancellations, if any, must be made within 48 hours of placing the order and making the payment. After that, no requests for a refund will be entertained. However, a cancellation charge of 7.5% of the total payment will be deducted from the refund amount. No refund will be issued if 48 hours have passed since the payment.

If the creative work is already published:
The composer/author/owner may withdraw the “creative work” (book, CD, DVD, e-book, banner, poster, visiting card, invitation card, study material, research work, or any other kind of printed, written, designed, or electronic work) from “24by7 Publishing” at any time, whether the work is selected for print/publication by any conventional or other publishers, or for any other reason.

A service cancellation charge may apply (only in certain special cases), up to a maximum of INR 2,000 (if the composer/author/owner has placed the order with an Indian address) or $100 (if the composer/author/owner has placed the order with an address outside India).

However, the composer/author/owner must inform “24by7 Publishing” by e-mail so that “24by7 Publishing” can stop selling and listing the “creative work” (book, CD, DVD, e-book, banner, poster, visiting card, invitation card, study material, research work, or any other kind of printed, written, designed, or electronic work).

There will be no case of refund from “24by7 Publishing” in the event of the composer/author/owner withdrawing a work or withholding publication..

Products sold via all 24by7 Publishing websites

Books, CDs, and DVDs purchased from 24by7 Publishing and its related websites are printed on demand in most cases. Because of this, 24by7 Publishing does not support order cancellations, accept returns, or provide refunds for products sold.

24by7 Publishing does not hold responsibility for any spelling, grammatical, design, informational, or content-related flaws, as it operates a self-publishing service that allows authors to publish content at their discretion.

If a customer receives a product with a manufacturing defect (such as missing pages), 24by7 Publishing will provide a replacement copy. To initiate the validation process, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing the order number, date of payment, mode of payment, a photo of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
